Latest ‘Wanderlust’ Trailer Shows Off It’s Worthy Of R-Rating

Hopefully, you didn’t watch the trailer here for “Wanderlust” in front of your small children or management. It’s fairly filthy and comes complete with Joe Lo Truglio’s bare buttocks. That alone should give the movie an R rating.

In addition to nude butts, there are plenty of F-bombs and suggestive humor to go around, as one would expect from a script written by the great David Wain and Ken Marino. These two, among many others in “Wanderlust”, are from the genius MTV show “The State”. There aren’t quite as many folks from the show popping up in this movie, but along with Lo Truglio there is Kerri Kenney, Michael Showalter, Michael Ian Black, and Wain himself. That is the only credited former “The State” cast, but I’m sure that others will show up.

As you can tell, “Wanderlust” is about a married couple (Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston) that leave Manhattan to get away from it all…and end up at a nudist hippie colony, complete with free love, acid, and goat milking. This also marks the first time that Rudd has been given credit as a producer on a movie. There’s a screening of this next week, so stay tuned for the Red Carpet Crash review next week.
