‘Takers’ Ends Up Winning Weekend Box Office (Updated)
In a battle of new movies, “The Last Exorcism” barely beat out “Takers” at the weekend box office. It was only by $300,000 that separated the two movies. When the final totals get released later today this could change.
Updated Monday at 6pm…final box offices numbers show “Takers” ended up winning the box office.
Here are the final numbers:
1. “Takers” made $20.5 million
2. “The Last Exorcism” made $20.4 million
3. “The Expendables” made $9.5 million
4. “Eat, Pray, Love” made $6.8Â million
5. “The Other Guys” $6.2 million
