Twi-hards Wilt Before ‘Paranormal Activity 2′ Trailer

This is the kind of stuff that just makes me giggle my ass off.

Reports are coming in that the “Paranormal Activity 2” trailer is being pulled from some local theaters because it’s “too scary.” According to Variety and Bloody Disgusting, the complaints originated from local parents who took their children to see the midnight showings of “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse”.

Really.
I’m not making this up.
These people were freaked out by the teaser trailer.
70 seconds of handcam footage and sudden, loud noises.

I’m sure there wasn’t a dry seat in the house.

This is what’s got everyone so bunged up.

      The marketing guys at Paramount have GOT to be high-fiving themselves right now. You just can’t buy press like this. Now PA2 has got great buzz going among it’s target demographic: high school kids.

      The guys at Lionsgate, though, might be getting a little nervous now. PA2 has beat them out of the gate. There’s still no teaser for Saw VII and when it does come, it’s got to be a knockout.
