‘Chaos’ Makes Four… Maybe

Dallas may be adding another primetime show to its roster. CBS is considering “Chaos” as a mid-season replacement. Fox Television is producing the C.I.A. procedural, which will star Freddy Rodriguez and Stephen Rea. If “Chaos” comes to Dallas it will join two other Fox TV productions, “The Good Guys” and “Lone Star,” and Jerry Bruckheimer’s show, “Chase,” airing on NBC in the fall. Fox TV previously brought “Prison Break” to shoot in Dallas.

“Sean, Troy and Norman Rock”

Apparently, many Texans were under the impression that “Chaos” was already a done deal. However, speakers at yesterday’s press conference at City Hall brushed over the topic without ever confirming “Chaos” was on its way. Jim Sharp, executive VP at 20th Century Fox Television, spoke to the Dallas Observer; CBS and Fox Television are still in negotiations, which he hopes will conclude this week. Though the pilot was shot in Los Angeles, Sharp believes the new episodes (if there are any) will shoot here.
