Fan-Made Remake of ‘Footloose’ Will Hit Before Hollywood’s

While Chace Crawford has dropped out as the lead for the “Footloose” remake this summer, causing director Craig Brewer to push back on the release date, this hasn’t stopped 52 different filmmakers from brainstorming their very own remake.

Their version, titled “Our Footloose Remake,” will be out this summer and will feature scenes created by fans from across North America.

The prom theme-hosted premiere will be July 1 in Los Angeles, before making its way across the US and Canada and then will be online, for free.
