Just like the zombies in his movies, George A. Romero is downright irrepressible. His latest movie, “Survival of the Dead” comes out on May 28 and to prepare us for the upcoming zombie goodness, Magnet Releasing has dropped a “blood-band” (restricted) trailer on us to whet our appetites.
