3-D ‘Potter,’ ‘Clash’
Although neither “Clash of the Titans†nor “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows†was planned as a 3-D film, both will be altered, post-production, to be released that way.
The release date for “Clash of the Titans†has been pushed back to April 2 because of the change—the studio has tested some scenes in 3-D and has liked what they’ve seen—and they’ve liked how much money “Avatar†has made in 3-D.
The first of the last “Harry Potter†films is still set for a November 19 release. The second half will be released July 11, 2011.
