New Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment DVDs

The following DVDs will be release from Fox Home Entertainment:

“Whip It”, starring Ellen Page, Marcia Gay Harden, Juliette Lewis, Jimmy Fallon and starring and directed by Drew Barrymore. The movie is a coming of age comedy. Tired of trying to live her life for her family, Bliss, who’s 17 years old, discovers the sport of Roller Derby, where she quickly becomes a star. She hasn’t told her family about her new found love for the sport. Her teammates don’t know that she is 17 either. She must reconnect with everyone and try and make everything right.

I really liked the movie and found Ellen Page’s performance very good.  Jimmy Fallon as the over the top ring announcer was very funny!

Extras include:

* Deleted Scenes, an alternate opening and extended scenes.

“I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell” starring Matt Czuchry, Geoff Stults, Jesse Bradford and Tracy Lords. It’s a raucous comedy filled with sex, drinking and one of the grossest scenes I may have ever seen in a movie. Tucker Max, a man who loves fast times and fast woman, decides he needs to take his best friend out for one more night of craziness, before he gets married. Tucker, Dan(the groom to be) and bitter jilted friend Drew, head out to a town 160 miles from where they live to hit a big time strip club. Dan who has lied to his fiancee about where he is going gets into more trouble than he can ever imagine. Nothing is sacred. Tucker soon gets what may be coming to him in one of the most outrageous scenes ever on film. In the end will Tucker be able to make it up to everyone for his screw ups?

Extras include 17 deleted scenes.
