‘Lost’ Supper: Promo Pic For Final Season

When producers line the cast of a picture up in the mode of Da Vinci’s “The Last Supper,” they send fans scurrying for magnifying glasses. Add fans of “Lost” to the list, after ABC released a publicity shot of the Castaways striking a familiar pose.

There are two versions of the photo (click the pics for high-res versions, courtesy of ABC/Touchstone): one with the characters looking at the camera…

…and the other, with Locke clearly in the Jesus position, with all eyes on him…

Some observations (and let us know in the comments anything your eagle eyes find):

  • The remains of The Swan station make up the background of the pics.
  • In both shots, Sayid is the fourth figure from the left, where Judas is positioned in the Da Vinci painting.
  • Jin and Sun are separated in the second photo.
  • Claire and Miles are on different sides of the table in the two pics.
  • Ilana is in the photo when people like Bernard, Rose, Desmond and Jacob are missing. Does this mean she’s going to play a larger role this season?
  • Only Locke’s jar of peanut butter is open, while everyone else’s is closed.

Red Carpet Crash is teaming up with the Angelika to present the final season of “Lost” on the big screen – we’ll have more details as we get closer to the Tuesday, February 2 season premiere.

Sure, we'd love to think that we're solving all of society's ills, or curing cancer, or stopping Uwe Boll from adapting more video games into horrible films. None of these, sadly, are feasible at this time. [...Read More About RCC]
