Chris Weitz Gets ‘Gardener’
It looks like “New Moon” director Chris Weitz is ready to starting working on “The Gardener” for Summit. The feautre is about a hard-working immigrant in Los Angeles who must protect his son.
According to Weitz, “There are no werewolves or vampires, just a Mexican gardener in Los Angeles.”
He also dispelled rumors of “The Gardener” being his last film.
I guess the success of “New Moon” finally got him over losing “The Golden Compass.”
