New ‘Dinner’ Guest

26 Oct, 2009 Josh Rollins News Feed

“Dinner” has just gotten better…or at least on paper. As we’ve told you before, “Dinner” is looking like it is going to be a great comedy. Well the Jay Roach directed film has signed one more.

Ron Livingston has been invited to “Dinner,” and I couldn’t be happier. I love Ron in “Office Space,” which ranks high on my list of favorite comedies. Livingston is joining Steve Carell, Zach Galifianakis, Paul Rudd, Bruce Greenwood, and David Walliams in the American adaptation of French film “Le dinner de cons.”

No word yet on what Livingston’s role will be. I can see him playing a  banker like Walliams, one of Greenwood’s cronies, or another businessman trying to find the next big thing. We’ll all find out July 23, 2010.

About Josh Rollins

Josh Rollins is currently writing his eighth novel, and by eighth we mean first, and by first we mean he's not writing it. Josh does stand-up comedy, radio production, and grocery store clerking, all very poorly. The only thing he is actually pretty good at is watching movies.
