More Kanye Reaction: Celebrity And Presidential

The New York Daily News posted more celebrity responses to the Kanye West/Taylor Swift debacle…so if the rumors on Facebook yesterday were true that the entire event was an MTV-planned stunt, these stars apparently weren’t in on the joke:

  • Pink: “Kanye west is the biggest piece of s*** on earth. Quote me.”
  • P. Diddy: “I’m gonna say this, we should always have respect for each other! End of discussion.”
  • Kelly Pickler: “Tator Tot, you handled yourself with Grace. Kanye, go grow some f***ing balls b***h! don’t mess w/my lil sis!!”
  • Dane Cook: “Kanye did something incredible tonight. He made me like country music.”
  • Ricky Martin: “Kanye – kanye what an a****** dude.”
  • Elizabeth Banks: “I actually teared up on behalf of that tall Taylor Swift. She’s a kid living her dream! She looked like a beanstalk to Kanye’s mushroom.”
  • Spencer Pratt: “Just trashed every Kanye West song I ever bought.”
  • Chris Paul: “I can not believe that jus happened…CRAZY!!! I am speechless and taylor swift did not deserve that…”
  • John Mayer: “Big love to my girl @taylorswift13. A class act.”
  • Ryan Seacrest: “Vma’s- I feel like taylor is my little sister. I just called her to say was proud of her and she was so brave to crush it right after!”
  • Drake’s Knee: “Bey was real classy for doin that for Taylor Swift / next time Kanye wanna shoot my vid eat a d**k.”
  • Hayley Williams: “Taylor swift, y’all. #teamTaylor.”
  • Lauren Conrad: “i heart Taylor Swift! Congrats! Well deserved.”
  • Katy Perry: “F*** you Kanye. It’s like [you] stepped on a kitten.”
  • Joel Madden: “WOW Taylor Swift’s first VMA and she didn’t even get to ENJOY it. Kanye You were just a bully on that one man.”
  • John Stamos: “Matt and trey had it so right with South Park’s FISHSTICKS episode on how DENSE you are – KANYE.”

West even ruffled Presidential feathers, with “Nightline” co-anchor Terry Morgan tweeting, “Pres. Obama just called Kanye West a ‘jackass’ for his outburst at VMAs when Taylor Swift won. Now THAT’S presidential,” a move that cause ABC to apologize for Morgan, who apparently was not supposed to tweet the president’s off-the-cuff remark.

Now that West has apologized both on Twitter (the new communication medium of a generation) and Jay Leno, perhaps we can now turn our attention to important matters…healthcare, Lady’s Gaga’s wardrobe…

    Shout out to P.diddy and CP3 for keeping it real for not going out of line for him going out of line.
    Yes Kanye did something way out of line and SHOULDN’T have done it.
    BUT I don’t think that the way everybody is approaching this issue is the right way. He already apologized and im pretty sure Talyor accepted it…SO WHY CAN’T YA’LL DO DA SAME!!! Stop making it a bigger deal than it already is.
