SDCC: HD ‘Tron’ Footage Online (And Right Here)

The YouTube clip of this footage caused the geekerati to wet themselves globally last year, and it looked like it was shot on a cameraphone dipped into a jar of vaseline.

Now, after nailing down a title – “Tron Legacy” – and announcing a release date of 2011, Disney has put out the high-def version of the lightcycle test footage on the viral marketing site, Flynn Lives.
